Thank you for shopping at Rooted. We strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service, however in the event that you need to return or exchange an item, please read our policy below.

Returns Policy:

We offer returns on all products within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team (contact@rooted-uk.com) with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the information to send the item(s) back to us. Once we receive the item and verify that it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping, and any original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges Policy:

We offer exchanges on all products within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for exchange. We will provide you with the information to send the item(s) back to us. Once we receive the item and verify that it is in its original condition, we will send you the new item.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping, and any original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 72 hours (3 days) of receiving the item. We will provide you with the information to send the item(s) back to us. Once we receive the item and verify the damage or defect, we will send you a replacement item or issue a refund to the original payment method.

Please note that we may ask for photo evidence of the damage or defect to expedite the process.

Final Sale Items:

Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This will be clearly stated on the product page.
